Next edition of Cosmetotest on May 14-15, 2025, International symposium dedicated to preclinical and clinical testing in dermocosmetics with Cosmet’in Lyon.

Building on the success of the last three editions, Cosmetotest returns in 2025 and will address new themes in order to bring together the academic and technological players in the field of cosmetic testing.

For its 4th edition, the symposium dedicated to cosmetics testing will take place on May 14 and 15, 2025 at the ENS in Lyon (France), on Jacques Monod campus.

🎯Organized by COSMET’IN LYON and Skinobs in partnership with the DIIP, Cosmetotest enables evaluation managers and R&D managers from all over th world to:

  • – Attend academic and applied conferences
  • – Interact with participants
  • – Meet test partners, exhibitors, CROs and instrumentation manufacturers
  • – Participate in equipment demonstrations

250 participants, 30 speakers and 30 exhibitors contributed to the success of the 3rd edition of COSMETOTEST last May, unanimously recognized by industry specialists for its quality and excellent level of technological and scientific expertise.

Here are the 4 themes that will be presented during these two days, each with an in-vitro and an in-vivo approach:

  • 1. Pigmentation: skin and hair, dark circles, spots, scars, UV rays
  • 2. Microbiome: skin and scalp
  • 3. Vascularization: skin
  • 4. Exposome & Pollution: skin, scalp and hair

With cross-cutting topics included in these themes:

  • – Ethnicities, genders, ages, inclusiveness… What common parameters for varied data?
  • – The skin as a sensory organ: mechanoreceptors, skin/brain links, emotions…
  • – AI and connected and mobile diagnostic tools
  • – Body assssment, beyond facial tests
