56% of Americans Rarely or Never use Sunscreen, Finds Recent Survey by Premium Beauty News

While various studies and research show that some sun exposure is good for health and brings about many positive changes in the human body, overexposure, particularly without any protection, can be highly hazardous. For over a decade, experts have been urging people to use adapted clothes and sunscreen when going out into the sun as the best way to ensure optimum protection from harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation, which significantly increases the risk of skin cancers. However, according to a recent survey, 56% of Americans rarely or never use sunscreen.
