An innovative predictive tool for substantiation, LC-MS/MS proteomics and CORAVALID, by Phylogene

This publication shows how our « free of hypothesis » approach can describe all the effects which are induced by an ingredient on an ex vivo classic model. It gives for the ingredient a more extensive understanding of the mechanisms of action and some specific insights, which were also predictive as confirmed at the clinical level, and which allowed supporting a complete and original claiming.

This method shows huge advantages :

– It is based on proteins which are in charge of the structure and the metabolic functions in the cells,

– It is untargeted, which allows to have at the same time a complete view on positive and possible toxic effects.
