At the heart of dermal matrix remodeling by VitroScreen

VitroScreen m-Dermis (scaffold free organoid) is produced by human primary dermal fibroblasts and with donors of different age : it has shown interesting features during 21 days in culture conditions.

By precisely mimicking ECM production in vivo, the micro-dermis model resulted to be an unique and  innovative tool for active ingredients screening on dermal matrix deposition and remodeling by VitroScreen Multiple Endpoints Approach that includes also 3D imaging techniques.
