Fundamentals of Hair Science, March 13-14, 2018, Frankfurt by TRI Princeton

TRI is excited to offer an updated and enhanced course, Fundamentals of Hair Science.

This course includes lectures from two of our most popular courses:

  •  “Science Behind Hair Claims” and
  • “Hair and Scalp Biology”.

Our instructors will offer attendees the opportunity to closely examine the basic structure of hair, of hair care products, and interactions between the two. There will be a focus on attributes of hair together with testing and technical knowledge that leads to the support of product claims. Additional lectures will focus on the hair follicle, the scalp and other biology based components that play a role in understanding hair.

The unique approach of this course will provide researchers with the fundamental scientific principles most important to the hair care industry. Designed to be a primer for staff new to the field of human hair chemistry and those requiring a technical review of hair and its interaction with product. The inclusion of the claims and biology lectures complete a solid base for participants to gain knowledge and understanding of hair and hair product interactions; enhancing current skills and expanding possibilities for future potential. This course would be of value to anybody working in hair product research and development, as well as those who develop instrumentation for this field.

The class size for all TRI courses is limited in order to provide all participants with an intense, personalized learning environment.
