Basics of the European cosmetic regulations

Regulation (EC) N°1223/2009 requires that cosmetic products placed on the market to be safe for consumers. A very complete regulatory file has to be compiled. This webinar will review the key points of this regulation (file, safety assessment, notification …).

Cosmetic products: claims vs regulations

Regulation (EU) n°655/2013 specifies the common criteria relating to the claims which may appear on the labeling of cosmetic products. A technical report was released on July 2017 highlighting the key points and giving some examples. This webinar will introduce the possible claims in compliance with the cosmetic regulation (EC) n°1223/2009.
