The platform is staffed with highly specialized officers, involved in optimization and validation of cutting-edge technologies in two fields of proteomics: extensive proteome characterization of complex samples and imaging mass spectrometry for toxicology and clinics.
It is also developing integrative proteomics approaches for extraction of biological information from large-scale proteomics datasets. Protim is an Irset facility (Inserm U1085).
