The transaction is part of an expansion plan focused on strengthening teams, investing in infrastructure and technology, and continuously adapting to increasing scientific, regulatory, and market demands.
With 18 years of experience, Inovapotek will maintain its management structure, led by Dra. Marta Ferreira. The integration will enable the creation of technical synergies and the expansion of PhD Trials®’ offering in clinical studies and cosmetic product testing.
