New Sunscreen Reference Standards for Laboratory Use by Helioscreen (now Weneos)

Helioscreen has the great pleasure to announce you 4 novelties which are often requested by their customer! The distribution of the sunscreen reference standards to comply with the different international methods.

For this purpose, they selected 4 sunscreen standards:

  • P2 – SPF 16

Used to validate the testing procedure, our P2 Reference Standard is ISO 24444:2019 & FDA 2011 compliant for SPF testing.
Each batch has passed stability test for at least one year and includes a Certificate of Analysis for physical-chemical and UV filters content.

  • P5 – SPF 30

Used to validate the testing procedure, our P5 Reference Standard is ISO 24444:2019 compliant for SPF testing.
Each batch has passed stability test for at least one year and includes a Certificate of Analysis for physical-chemical and UV filters content.

  • P8 – SPF 63

Used to validate the testing procedure, our P8 Reference Standard is ISO 24444:2019 compliant for SPF testing and ISO 24443:2021 compliant for UVA testing.
Each batch has passed stability test for at least one year and includes a Certificate of Analysis for physical-chemical and UV filters content.

  • S2 – UVAPF 12

Used to validate the testing procedure, our S2 Reference Standard is ISO 24443:2021 & ISO 24442:2011 compliant for UVA testing.
Each batch has passed stability test for at least one year and includes a Certificate of Analysis for physical-chemical and UV filters content.
