Additionally, in the fourth quarter of 2015, Oncotest, a Germany-based contract research organization providing discovery services for oncology, became part of the Charles River portfolio.

According to Charles River, these acquisitions deliver additional scientific capabilities and access to global markets to better serve its customers.
