How can the effects of an anti-aging product be shown in a clear and scientifically innovative way?

The process of skin aging is accompanied by multiple remodeling processes. An essential part of the aging processes is the remodeling and the decrease of the collagen network of the dermis.

In their online lecture they would like to present a new methodical approach for cosmetic products and dietary supplements. They have developed a very descriptive method that uses scanning electron micrographs to map the collagen network of the skin.

By quantifying the collagen network and the cross-linking of collagen fibers and individual collagens before and after a product application, the effects of your product can be shown directly.

In addition, important target substances relevant for skin aging, such as hyaluronic acid, can be detected.
