StratiCELL has Expended its Teams!

StratiCELL is a service provider of in vitro and ex vivo efficacy testing for the objectivation of skin care products. StratiCELL is proud to celebrate its 18^th anniversary this year, 18 years of great success and loyal servicing for its 200 customers worldwide. Whether they are actors in the dermo-cosmetic or the dermatological fields, StratiCELL helps its customers to overcome the competitive challenges in their sector by continuously offering new and innovative 2D/3D skin models in line with the main market trends: wound healing, skin microbiome, neurocosmetics, protection against the exposome, pigmentation defects such as solar lentigines or vitiligo, inflammatory diseases linked to atopy or psoriasis, and much more !

To maintain this extended portfolio of services, StratiCELL increases its R&D efforts on the development of new skin models and assays through private investments and collaborative projects. In order to successfully complete these projects, the company has recently expanded its R&D team by welcoming Mr Thomas Clamens and Mr François Tyckaert.

Thomas obtained a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Rouen (France), where he studied bacterial biofilms. He then pursues its work at the Imperial College of London to enlarged its scientific background.

François did his PhD at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium) to gain strong expertise in molecular and cellular biology, as well as on cell imaging.

In parallel, StratiCELL also reinforced the Study team by welcoming Mrs Laura Roebroek some months ago. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Namur (Belgium). Laura has previously worked for approximately ten years as a Project Manager in a private biotech company. This extensive experience provides her expertise in the design, management and completion of customized studies.
