Cosmetorium celebrates its 3rd edition this year marked by the growth of the exhibition area within the Palau de Congressos de Barcelona.

120 companies in the sector will participate offering visitors the most innovative in the cosmetics industry. This will open endless business and networking opportunities during the 26th and 27th of September.

In parallel with the growth of the exhibition space, the range of activities also grows with the incorporation of various interactive workshops that will cover topics of machinery and laboratory. These are added to the 36 Techfocus and 10 scientific conferences scheduled.

This year the cycle of scientific conference will address four thematic blocks: Regulatory, Innovation and Science, Technology and Marketing.

Experts from the sector will talk about beauty trends and the new perfumery, sustainable and intelligent design, scientific concepts such as garb’aging and endocrine disruptors in cosmetics, and legal news about cosmetovigilance and animal experimentation. As keynote speakers, we will have the participation of Prof. Dr. Nuria Chinchilla, expert in women and leadership of IESE, and the outstanding doctor in neurobiology Mara Dierssen.

The Sociedade Portuguesa de Ciências Cosmetológicas (SPCC) collaborates again within the Cosmetorium program and also organizes a session of scientific conferences titled “Portuguese natural resources for innovative cosmetics.
