Mérieux NutriSciences opened a new Sensory Center in Madrid in early October to offer sensory and consumer testing services to clients with the Silliker and Biofortis expertise in Spain.

The new center has over 400m² for performing consumer and is equipped with cutting-edge technology. The facilities include a tasting room (equipped with specialized lighting, air quality control, comfort and isolation), 22 sensory tasting cabins, a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary supporting facilities as well as a meeting office and panel observation facility.

These facilities provide additional state-of-art testing facilities for clients in Spain, and offer the most advanced tools to carry out qualitative and quantitative consumer research, studies and sensory tests.

Expertise is offered in many product categories including food, personal care, fragrances, etc. With over 27 years of experience via the Silliker and Biofortis brands in sensory analysis, Mérieux NutriSciences help clients discover, test and confirm new sensory opportunities for their brands.
