Une étude récente (1) a montré comment, par protéomique quantitative, que 173 protéines étaient impactées en conditions toxiques. Puis, par traitement bioinformatique/biostatistique des données, les principales voies métaboliques impliquées dans la réponse à la toxicité de l’arsenic ont pu être déterminées. Cette approche permet une compréhension plus complète des phénomènes en jeu comparativement aux approches traditionnelles.
