Established in Mauritius in 2004, CIDP is an International Contract Research Organization (CRO) providing a full suite of services. These services range from preclinical and clinical testing to substantiate safety and efficacy claims of raw ingredients and cosmetic products, to biostatistics, data management, and medical writing. Utilizing its unique Controlled Pollution Exposure System (CPES), CIDP quantifies the vaporization of numerous pollutants on the skin at controlled flux and concentration. The organization also studies the mechanism underlying exposure to blue light using CIDP models emitting light at 415 nm or 450 nm. These methodologies, combining in vivo and ex vivo approaches, can be applied to face care as well as hair care products.
