Dyson has launched its second-ever hair care range formulated with a proprietary blend of seven omega-rich oils, including an ingredient grown on its farms, marking a new milestone for the company.
Developed over two years and across nine countries, the Dyson Omega range is touted to be a culmination of 13 years of agricultural expertise and 12 years of hair science research.
This line of products is powered by the Dyson Oli7 blend, a combination of seven omega-rich oils specifically selected for their hair care properties.
“Dyson’s hair care journey began in 2016 with the launch of the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer, and the company introduced its first-ever hair formulations in 2024 — the Dyson Chitosan range — following years of dedicated research and a deep commitment to understanding hair science.
“Powered by oyster mushrooms, the Chitosan range includes a Pre-style cream and a Post-style serum, designed to deliver all-day flexible hold, natural movement, and shine even in high humidity. The new Dyson Omega nourishing range marks the brand’s extension into hair care formulations, now with ingredients sourced directly from our farms,” Justina Mejia Montane, Product Development Director at Dyson Beauty, told CosmeticsDesign-Asia.
