This practical toxicological course hosted by Prof. V. Rogiers will, thanks to a number of companies engaged in the field of 3Rs, guide you through some of the validated OECD guidelines on local toxicity testing: 3 different skin models will be used to show practical applicability either in the field of skin irritation (EpiSkin, OECD TG 439), skin sensitization (Senzagen) or skin permeability (Eurosafe).
