NovoBliss Research – Innovation: Wearable EEG Assessment of Skin–Brain Interactions in Atopic Dermatitis via ZOOM#36

NovoBliss Research has developed and clinically evaluated a novel methodology to objectively assess skin–brain interactions in individuals with atopic dermatitis using wearable electroencephalography (EEG). This exploratory clinical investigation demonstrated the feasibility of integrating neurophysiological biomarkers with conventional dermatological assessments to capture immediate cortical responses associated with skin irritation and soothing interventions. The study established wearable EEG as a sensitive, non-invasive tool for evaluating neurosensory changes that are not captured through traditional subjective assessments alone. By bridging dermatology and neuroscience, NovoBliss Research offers an innovative, reproducible approach for substantiating sensorial and efficacy claims, supporting product development, advancing clinical research, and enhancing confidence in skincare solutions for sensitive and atopic skin.
