The choice of the methodology is a major issue in the evaluation of anti-wrinkle effect: The analysis of 2D images, the clinical scoring, the Profilometry 3D with or without contact have characteristics to be taken into consideration; The finer the wrinkles, the more the methodology must have a high sensitivity. The measurement kinetics is also a determining factor in defining the most appropriate methodology.
