Skin & Interfaces : 20th International Symposium, Decoding the Living Network

The French Society of Cosmetology is delighted to announce that registration is now open for the 20th edition of its International Symposium, a two-day event dedicated to the scientific and technological advances shaping the future of cosmetics.

The skin: a living network to be unravelled

How can we understand the interactions between the skin and its environment? How do new insights into the microbiome, the scalp and hair, the skin-brain axis and biological interfaces open up new avenues for innovation in cosmetics?

Under the theme ‘Skin & Interfaces – Decoding the Living Network’, this edition will explore the many dimensions of the skin as a living network, in constant dialogue with its environment.

On the programme

  • Scientific lectures in English, led by international experts and speakers;
  • Advances in skin biology, microbiology, neuroscience and innovative technologies;
  • Scientific sessions followed by opportunities for discussion with participants;
  • Opportunities to network and exchange ideas within the international cosmetics community;
  • New for 2026:  looking to the future with a round-table discussion bringing together PhD and post-doctoral researchers, who will present their work.

Their vision and expertise will highlight the themes of the day. Two ‘out of the box’ speakers will give exclusive lectures.

Whether you’re a student, researcher, scientific expert, formulator or a professional in the cosmetics industry, join us to explore the interactions that will inspire tomorrow’s innovations.

Very attractive rates await students, whether SFC members or non-members, for an immersive experience at the heart of cosmetics science.
