Welcome in the monthly article about Skinobs, its news and its team! 🗞️

✨ Just before the end of January, the Skinobs team would like to wish you all the best for the New Year, and hope that it brings you success in your new evaluation projects. In this article you find the latest monthly news of the Skinobs Hub dedicated to preclinical and clinical testing for actives, ingredients, medical devices and cosmetics.

#1 | Latest news from the platform

These past few weeks, our team has been able to list a large number of CRO’s established in China and South Korea, offering a wide range of tests on Asian subjects. This referencing has been able thanks to a close collaboration with independent testing experts in both countries. We warmly thank them for their help. 🙏Skinobs enables all users, mainly evaluation managers of the Beauty industry to easily find the methods and laboratory that suit them by continually referencing CRO’s from around the world. This ensures a global view of methods, test types that are whether classically used like the corneometer or whether are at the forefront of the latest technological and scientific innovations in the cosmetics field like Raman microscopy or genomics analysis.
You can find now more testing laboratories for :

We thank the CRO’s that renew their trust to the testing database, giving with this fantastic collaborative work, the opportunities to evaluation managers of the world (with 84 nationalities) to get a unique panorama of the methods and testing laboratories in the world. We would like to thank once again our partners, who have placed their trust in us for several years for some, a few months for others, and who have supported us in all our testing projects. We are always grateful to have them as part of our circle of collaborators. At the beginning of this year, several partners have reaffirmed their trust by renewing their partnership. #3 | Skinobs’ Newsfeed

A new name

The “Skinobs Newsfeed” ended in 2023, is renamed the “Cosmetics Testing News” by Skinobs, the same news feed and press review around the testing evolutions with the same articles that you receive in your inbox once a week. This is part of Skinobs’ move to adopt a completely new visual identity. With the worlwide panorama dedicated to the scientific, technological and marketing news of the testing field of skin, scalp, hair and nails, Skinobs is certain to be able to offer you the best content at the moment.

All you need to know about pigmentation studies

The Skinobs and its partners are thrilled to share with you information about the evaluation of the skin pigmentation whether it in-vitro assays or in vivo studies: ZOOM#29, published on January, is now available! In this review, we share with you some of the latest information on the assessment of skin pigmentation, including contributions from some of our partners IEC, Mérieux Nutrisciences, CIDP, Ellead, Pixience, Microfactory, Validated Claim Support, Helioscreen, SGS Proderm.

Cosmet’agora: Anne Charpentier, Eloïse Verrier, and France Cautain were present at the last Cosmet’Agora event, which took place on January 16th and 17th in Paris. This provided Eloïse and France with the opportunity to discover how a professional trade show unfolds. For Anne, it was a chance to meet with evaluation managers and formulators, exchanging insights about their latest cosmetics testing projects and innovation.

WE ARE TESTING: Skinobs introduced eco-responsibility to cosmetic trade shows in New York last May with the launch of “We Are Testing.” This collaborative platform showcases key players in testing, including instrumentation manufacturers, laboratories, and consultants at various cosmetics industry trade shows. The second edition atd in-cosmetics Asia in Bangkok featured Syres Singapore as a co-exhibitor, and the 2025 edition is already in pre-booking with four co-exhibitors.
