EXPANSE meta-data inventory in MOLGENIS catalogue
The cohorts that participate in EXPANSE are publishing their meta-data in the MOLGENIS catalogue to adhere to FAIR data principles, and to highlight the available data to researchers who are potentially interested in using these. Over time, the ambition is to have complete overview of the information that is available for cohorts that are relevant for Exposome research.
In addition to EXPANSE, many other projects and networks (including the 9 projects that are part of the European Human Exposome Network) have published their meta-data in the MOLGENIS catalogue.
On this page we provide an overview of the tools that have been developed in the context of the EXPANSE project. Information on how to access the tools has been provided for each tool. For general information about the tools please contact expanse@uu.nl.
